What is Drømmeby?

Drømmeby is an app where you create personal bedtime stories for your child — with pictures and read-aloud. Pick a main character and a topic, and a brand-new adventure is written for you.

What does it cost?

You can read a couple of stories for free every day. To create your own stories and read freely, you can move into the town with a subscription. The price is shown in the app, and you can cancel anytime.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Drømmeby → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period.

Is it safe for my child?

Yes. There are no ads, the content is made for children, and purchases sit behind a parent gate. Read more in our privacy policy.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can do it yourself in the app: open the grown-up corner and choose Delete account. It removes your account, the stories you made and your favourites for good, so it asks a grown-up to confirm first. If a subscription is still running, cancel it in the App Store first. You can also write to help@drommeby.com and we'll do it for you.

Which devices and languages are supported?

Drømmeby is available for iPhone and iPad, in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French.
